ANN: rgc 0.1 alpha

It works, it works, sweet merciful crap, it works!

With default settings it's slower than a big, lumbering slow thing,
but it doesn't crash :) It is still alpha, though, so don't go betting
the souls of your first born on it's proper execution. It's also still
a pain to install (that's a feature ;).
